ANZAC Day 2017

Another cold morning brings The Big Screen Company to one of Australia’s most important days of the year – ANZAC Day at the Shrine of Remembrance in Melbourne. With an estimated 35,000 in attendance up at dawn to remember our heroes of war and those fallen, the ANZAC service was a solemn yet inspiring ceremony. The Big Screens beamed across Kings Domain, providing all in attendance with a view of the ceremony. Victoria Cross recipient Ben Roberts-Smith composed a moving speech, touching the hearts of those present. We are honoured to be part of this important day.

“They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.”

Toowoomba Show 2017

2017’s Toowoomba Show was another successful event for The Big Screen Company and the Queensland Community. After the devastation of Cyclone Debbie, Queenslanders rallied together to help each other rebuild. Southern Queensland suffered from heavy rainfall and flood in some places, however this did not deter the annual Toowoomba Show from going ahead. A spectacular show of fireworks along with acrobatic performances and delicious food allowed for an enjoyable weekend for Toowoomba and visitors. The Big Screen Company’s Big LED Screen enabled perfect viewing for all to see. We look forward to Toowoomba’s next show!
